We do not store your credit card number. Once an authorization number has been obtained for your purchase total from your credit card provider, your credit card details are deleted. Our credit card payment system supplied by Bill4Me.com has been certified by the Royal Bank of Canada, one of Canada's premier financial institutions, whose Internet Payment Gateway we use to obtain authorizations on your credit card. We use a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology which is the industry standard for secure online credit card transactions. Any personal information you supply us, including credit card numbers is encrypted (look for the small yellow padlock at the bottom of your browser screen) so nobody else can read it over the Internet. |

We believe that your satisfaction is most important. To that end we've made ordering from Legacy Sportswear as simple as possible. There are no hidden costs to ordering from us - we guarantee the shipping rate. We have arranged our systems so that your order will arrive within 7 business days - but you'll probably get it sooner! Just a small part of the service we offer at Legacy Sportswear.
Our only request is that if you should receive your order with noticeable damage to the boxes, please indicate the damage when you sign for the delivery. This enables us to process replacement orders faster.
We currently offer shipping within North America. If that doesn't apply to you please contact us and we'll see if special arrangements can be made.

When you checkout your order, you will be presented with options on delivery service levels and prices. These may include Express Delivery, Expedited Post or Pickup if you would prefer to collect your order in person from our warehouse and avoid postage costs.
On the shipping charges chart below, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) includes the following cities: Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, Concorde, Maple, Woodbridge and Brampton.

We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard online. You may elect to pick up your order at our warehouse and pay by cash or cheque in which case please make cheques payable to Legacy Sportswear - please allow 1 - 2 weeks for processing your payment.

We do not charge Sales Tax (PST) if your order is to be delivered outside Ontario and we do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) if your order is to be delivered outside Canada.

Most orders ship the same day. If we are able to cancel your order before it ships there is no charge for the cancellation. However if the product has already been shipped we will arrange the return but all freight charges will apply.
